Project Partners

Small Steps Project is specifically aimed at helping people in poverty and those in limbo. We provide emergency aid but then we direct the children and families we help to other NGO's, Projects and Service Providers who work on sustainable projects and are able to continue to help.

The Project Partners that Small Steps Project details here are those who we have worked with personally and hold in the highest regard:
CAMBODIA
House of Family is a humanitarian non profit project which provides education, rehabilitation and medical care to children with HIV and AIDS. Although they do not currently have a website they are always looking for assistance and volunteers. You can email them for more information here and you can visit and 'Like' their Facebook Page here.
Pour Sourire D'Enfant (PSE) is a French NGO and school which provides education, training, food medical care and training to children from the Stung Meachey dump area in Pnom Penh as well as scavengers and street children. You can also contact their English branch here.
Let Us Create (formerly CCPP) offers children a safe place for vulnerable children to paint. It offers education, meals and a place where children can develop their imagination through art.
Friend International help marginalised children and young people in Cambodia and established the ChildSafe Network to protect vulnerable children from all forms of abuse. They run numerous projects in Cambodia, that help children back into education and employment, including the Anlong Pi facility at the Siem Reap Dump. They run also run programs in Thailand and Laos.
M'Lop Tapang works with street children in Cambodia to prevent them from becoming involved in street and gang violence, drug use and falling victim to abuse and isolation. They go out on to the streets and have a number of outreach programmes to reintergrate street children with their famiies, offer emergency support, community education and shelters. They also have a restaurant, Sandan, which is part of their vocational training programme and has a delicious menu - we know, we can recommend it first hand!
