Tough Mudder is known to many as one of the most challenging fundraising events one can take part in. But for a group of people who describe themselves as ‘a crack team of the UK’s wobbliest, booziest and most distressingly unfit reprobates’ it’s going to be demanding to say the least.
The ‘Mudlarkers’ are kindly taking hold of this challenge in support of Small Steps Project. On the 25th October 2014 the Mudlarkers will be in London South taking part in the 10-12 miles obstacle course.
The Mudlarkers told us: ‘Not since the days of conscription when our forefathers went over the top have a less prepared, undertrained group of individuals stormed a muddy field with such low odds. Casualties are inevitable’.
Enough of the self-criticism Mudlarkers, by taking this small step (well, 10-12 miles of steps), you will be helping young children into school and off rubbish dumps.
We admire you Mudlarkers and we can’t thank you enough for your support. If you’d like to support them in their 10-12 miles of tough, strenuous, muddy steps, head to their JustGiving page.
Remember team ‘Tough Mudder is probably the toughest event on the planet. Probably’. Good luck!
