Working at Small Steps Project

The 2013 Celebrity Shoe Auction preparation is in full swing. Shoes are flying in from celebrities all over the world, who are donating their signed shoes to the Small Steps Project. This raises vital funds for our dump projects and raises the profile of the work we do- supporting marginalised children on rubbish dumps.

>But behind the scenes it’s just not the celebrities who are taking small steps. The Small Steps HQ in London has an amazing and dedicated team of skilled staff and volunteers. Many of our team have won the Vodafone World of Difference Award, which funds the salary of people who want to get paid for donating their skills.
